Summary: New York City is the largest and most populated city in the United States, with more than 26,000 people living in each square mile.The city consists of five boroughs, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island. New York is a massive business center, occupying Wall Street, the center of one of the greatest financial districts in the world. It's also known for its immense tourist attraction, with approximately forty five million people visiting the city per year. The factors that make New York City so famous are numerous. The City exerts a significant impact upon media, art, fashion, entertainment, finance, technology and education. The city is also well known for its cultural diversity. Over 800 languages are spoken there, making it the most linguistically divergent city in the world.
Analysis: New York City is the most populated city in the world. Many people are drawn to the city for many reasons. Being a city of immigration, many feel comfortable living here because of the cultural diversity. Many people are also drawn to the city because of it's immense impact on fashion, the arts and education. New York is successful in the tourism industry and will always be adored by people.

This article was a very informative and informational article about NYC. New York City is culturally diverse, fashionably savvy, and all in all a very happening city. The reason why people are so attracted to NYC is because there are a myriad of different activities and egregiously exciting things to part take in while one is enjoying their time in the Big Apple.

ReplyDeleteThis article was surprising to read about because there are so many people living in only one square mile. New York City is home to many different types of fashion, people, and stores. The reason New York City is such a tourist attraction can be due to landmarks such as The Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and Times Square. Since many celebrities live there, people come to take tours and site-see, and lastly the ball drops here every new years eve, so tourists want to experience the ball dropping once a year.
I feel as if many people view New York has such a WOW city. Many tourist are so attracted by the billboards, lights, and stores that they are over whelmed. New York City is a place with excitement that bring many tourists to New York.
ReplyDeleteNew York truly is quite the melting pot. Personally, that's one of New York's attributes that make it such an incredible environment to be in. Such diversity and variety not only within personalities and interests, but races and religon gives New York so much culture and excitement. Not only that, but the liveliness New York exudes is unlike anywhere else on Earth. Being in New York is truly the essence of being alive, there's no greater feeling than taking a walk through times square at 1 am, stopping to get a Gray's Papaya hot dog as the lights and music take over your body. The Big Apple is quite juicy! :)
